Tillmann joined Mikhail Riches in 2014 and currently leads a team to develop a Passivhaus scheme for North Somerset. He has been involved on several housing schemes for private clients and local authorities, from early stages up to completion. The most recent being a mixed used high-density scheme for Hackney Council’s Housing Supply Programme which is currently on site.
Tillmann studied Architecture at RWTH Aachen in Germany and at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Previous working experience at Werner Sobek equipped him with extensive knowledge about high-end sustainable housing.
Tillmann enjoys attention to detail with an emphasis on materiality and energy efficiency.
