Since joining Mikhail Riches in 2019, Sanju has worked on a range of projects and stages, including post graduate housing at Owlstone Croft in Cambridge, refurbishment of grade II listed Parkhill, Net-Zero Carbon housing for Phoenix Community Housing and City of York HDP.
Sanju graduated from the University of Sheffield and the University of Westminster with distinctions. Her work was exhibited at Blueprint for the Future exhibition, where she won the Blue Riband Award and was published in Blueprint magazine. Sanju has presented her research on care in the context of the climate crisis, which sought a more sustainable and equitable living for all, at a research symposium in the University of Sheffield. This was later published by RIBA in ‘Everything Needs to Change: Architecture and the Climate Emergency’.
Sanju is currently responsible for organising CPDs at Mikhail Riches and has helped lead BIM development within the Practice. She has also enjoyed teaching as a guest tutor at Manchester School of Architecture.
