Since joining Mikhail Riches in 2024, Lucy has worked on large-scale masterplanning projects as part of the ‘This City’ project for Manchester City Council.
Lucy graduated from The University of Dundee with a 1st Class Honours in both Master’s of Architecture and Urban Planning. As part of her thesis project, she researched neighbourhood design with focus upon reinstating a community in an area vacant of one, taking influence from thriving small towns. Lucy previously worked on private residential projects in Edinburgh, where she gained experience in the retrofit of listed buildings.
Lucy’s interests lie in designing community centric projects, which put residents at the forefront of the design process.
