Katrina Duncan

Architect

Since joining Mikhail Riches in 2016, Katrina has worked on a range of projects at different scales. This has encompassed working on all stages of multiple small site housing projects for BxB Croydon, masterplanning for London Legacy Development Corporation, and the design of new zero-carbon post-graduate homes in Cambridge.

Katrina studied at the University of Cambridge, London School of Architecture and London Metropolitan University, and has previously worked on residential projects in Cambridge, and for an urban research nonprofit in Paris, coordinating research and events bringing together city stakeholders to explore the future of urban life.

Katrina enjoys both working on strategic and speculative work, such as the competition-winning Velocity, and the precision of coordinating complex projects as they progress through planning to delivery on site.
