Isabelle Chamberlayne

Part II Architectural Assistant

Since joining Mikhail Riches in 2019, Isabelle has worked on Passivhaus projects ranging from landscape-led housing in the rural setting of Nailsea to the regeneration of a Victorian terraced street in central London.

Isabelle graduated from the University of Liverpool with 1st Class honours and gained her masters at the University of Sheffield, where she researched children’s experiences of neighbourhood design and biodiversity in the city. Isabelle previously worked on modular terraced housing at ShedKM, where she gained experience in modern methods of construction through factory visits and work on site.

Isabelle is interested in designing inclusive and engaging streets that prioritise nature and play.
