Chloe Clacy

Part II Architectural Assistant

Chloe joined Mikhail Riches in 2022 and has been working on Owlstone Croft, as well as aiding teams in various competition bids.

Prior to joining the practice, Chloe worked at Haworth Tompkins and Allies and Morrison where she worked on various residential, theatre, educational and urban planning projects. Chloe studied Architecture at the University of Sheffield and the University of Bath, graduating both with a first-class honours degree. Whilst at Bath, Chloe worked on a group masterplan proposal for the city of Cork, which was nominated for the 3DReid Student Prize and awarded the Macgregor Smith prize for Landscape and Public Realm Design.

Chloe’s interests lie within social housing and estate regeneration, with her undergraduate and masters dissertations focussing on history and stigmatisation of brutalist social housing estates.
