Since joining Mikhail Riches in 2014, Henry has worked on a range of award-winning housing and masterplanning schemes across the country. As Project Lead on the Stirling Award winning Goldsmith Street in Norwich, Henry is passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable housing. He is currently leading on the Housing Development programme for York City Council where he is delivering a framework of net zero carbon, Passivhaus certified housing projects.
Qualifying in 2015, Henry completed his studies at the University of Nottingham following his Master’s at the University of Westminster. Prior to working with Mikhail Riches he acquired extensive experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and masterplanning projects at Grimshaw Architects.
User experience and ensuring design quality is retained throughout all stages of a project is important to Henry, making sure projects become special places to live in. Alongside his experience delivering exemplar homes, Henry also manages design quality of practice output through his expertise in BIM.
